Misión San Pablo is an orphanage in Mexico for children,
  most of whom have lost their parents due to AIDS-related conditions.

These children are HIV-negative, but emotionally scarred.

They have watched their parents die,
many have siblings that are dying of the virus,
and all come from unimaginably disadvantaged conditions.
